Sookhi Moong Dal

Next heat oil in pressure cooker add cumin seeds when splutter add hing,tumeric powder,chopped green chillies, soaked dal, salt to taste, chopped ginger, re dchilli powder and little water only amount required to cook dal may be half a cup give 1-2 whistle on medium fire. once dal is cooked open preesure cooker lid and fry the dal on high flame , once little fry garnish it with cilantro choped leaves , before serving just add to it 1-2 tsp lime juice

then, using a whisk or an electric mixer, beat until lemon colored. then spoon in the batter, filling each well about three-fourths full

In a big cooking pot, fry the garlic in GHEERaise the temperature of ghee and put in the chicken. fry at high temperature only to brown the chicken

I learnt this from a YouTube video by Chef Sanjay Thumma of Vah Re Vah. This Hyderabadi specialty is made of long green chillies/finger hots/banana peppers and is a treat traditionally served as an accompaniment to the equally fabulous Hyderabadi biryani
