Heat oil in a pan add hing, whole red chilly, pepper corns, coriander seeds, channa daal, tour daal, cook this till daal is golden in colour, and add fenugreek seeds, rice, cook this in a slow flame till raw flavor is gone and add chopped coconut & green chilly, curry leaves, turmeric powder, tomatoes, cook it for 3 minutes and switch off the flame, once the mixture is cool down put it in the blender and make a paste
