Side Dish For Roti/Chapati - Kundri (Ivy Gourd/Tindora) Curry.

The dish is very simple but delicious and goes well with Roti or Chapati. Keep aside. Tomato – 1 (finely chopped). By adding 1 tsp of salt boil the Kundri pieces in 2 cups of water for 2 minutes. Add the boiled Kundri stir fry for 3 to 4 minutes. Add tomato, ginger,garlic,turmeric,cumin powder and 1/2 cup of water
