1/4 Cup Sabudana (Tiny Tapioca/Sago pearls). Wash the sabudana pearls with a little water, drain and set aside in a dry bowl for about 30 minutes. Then add the sabudana pearls and cardamom pods and cook on low for another 15 minutes till the pearls are fully cooked and the kheer thickened.
