Kesar Sabudana Kheer

1/4 Cup Sabudana (Tiny Tapioca/Sago pearls). Wash the sabudana pearls with a little water, drain and set aside in a dry bowl for about 30 minutes. Then add the sabudana pearls and cardamom pods and cook on low for another 15 minutes till the pearls are fully cooked and the kheer thickened. Sabudana khichdi

Ingredients1 cup sabudana(big ones)1 small cup roasted crushed groundnuts1 potato cut in to fine cubes1 cup chopped cabbage1 tsp Ginger grated2 green chillis choppedHing a pinch1 lemon1 tsp sugarsalt to taste1 tsp chilli powder1 tsp each mustard & cumin seedsOilcurry leavesCoriander leaves choppedMethod. Drain water completely and leave 1 cup sabudana(big ones)
