It is also called as ‘Udidach Varan’ in Marathi. Add cooked dal and garam masala, mix it nicely. 1 cup Black Gram lentil (Urad Dal). 2 tsp Bengal Gram lentil (Chana Dal). 2 tsp pigeon peas (Toor Dal). Cook the Black Gram Dal, Bengal Gram Dal, Toor Dal in pressure cooker until it became soft, preferably soaked in water for 1 hr (Soaked dal will cook fast).
