Tweet Has there been a time when something was prepared at home and you literally had a fight with your loved ones for it? Well, the same was the case with this curry that i made..I had bought this packet of crumbled soya chunks for the first time(I usually buy the bigger ones for making my soya chunks biriyani!) and was waiting to try it out.. This time, instead of google searching, i went the easier way of asking my master chef of an aunt whose recipes can never go wrong..I must say, she has been a great support for me teaching me the basics of food photography ,cooking and many more things.. Even though crumbled soya can be used to make cutlets and parathas, this kheema curry is a must try for all soya lovers and even for people who love to try something new and yummy...It tastes somewhat like paneer burji and both of us being a great fan of it, loved it to the extent of eating it the whole day with rice at noon, dosa for evening and roti at night...The leftover curry(if left, that is!) can be used as a paratha or sandwich stuffing too... Hope you try this simple yummy healthy curry and also have a fight to finish it!
