Heat oil in a wide pan add chopped onions, green chillies n saute until onions are translusent ,then add turmeric onion paste, ginger garlic paste, poppy seeds paste n saute until oil oozes out, then add curry leaves, marinated fish, garam masala powder mix well n cover with lid for few minutes later add water n again cover the lid n let it cook until oil oozes out from curry n let water evaporate completely from fish

finally add masala paste in that oil and fry till it become brown shade. donot leave any masala paste on fish surface that can be change the colour of fish even not fried properly

roasted/grilled pomfret fish

 Once Cooked Sprinkle the fish with Chat Masala. Garnish it with chat masala and lemon slices. After half an hour take out the fish and properly rub the marinade to it
