These koftas are easy to prepare and can be eaten as a snack or can be used for making kofta based gravies or biriyani/pulav. I made these koftas to be used in a pulav I was making for dinner. But then, I had nothing much to give my son for his evening snack. So I gave him some of these koftas and he loved it. I used the remaining koftas for the pulav ( recipe will be posted later ). Ingredients Boneless fish - 400 gms Potato - 2 - boiled and mashed Onion - 1 - chopped Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp Green chilli - 2 - chopped Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp Kashmir chilli powder - 1/2 tsp Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp Jeera powder - a pinch Coriander leaves - few - chopped Salt - to taste Oil - for frying Method Heat oil in a pan, add onions and saute till translucent. Add ginger garlic paste and green chillies, saute till the raw smell goes. Add the masala powders and saute for a minute. Add fish pieces and cook till the fish becomes soft.
