Crispy Red Cabbage Pakoda

Wash and chop the red cabbage. Red cabbage chopped - 1 cup. In a bowl take chopped cabbage, onion to this add little salt and ginger garlic paste,curry leaves and mix with the hands and leave it for 5 to 10 mins. Don't add all the flour as such, first add 1/4 cup channa and 11/2 tblspn rice flour then add again depends on the consistency don't need to add water (because onion and cabbage ooze out water during soaking time)
