Cauliflower Peas Kuruma

Check for salt. Cauliflower florets. Keep the cauliflower florets immersed in hot water for 10 – 15 mins. Then add the cauliflower florets and peas and fry for 5 mins. Then add in the masala powders and keep frying for another 5 mins. Serve hot with ghee rice/chapathi 2 cups

Cauliflower Makhani

Serve this with pulka, naan, roti and chapathi. Take cauliflower big pieces. Take a plate add corn starch, all purpose flour, crush pepper, coriander powder, salt, add water make a paste, and coat the mixture into the cauliflower and shallow fry them on both sides till golden in colour and transfer it into the another plate
