I have used tri color capsicum)Potato - 1 Garlic - 10Grated Coconut - 1/4 cupSambar powder - 1. 5 teaspoonTurmeric powder - 1/4 teaspoonCumin seeds powder - 1 teaspoonSalt to tasteCurry leaves - 10Coriander leaves - 1 tablespoon (finely chopped)Oil - 2 teaspoonRed chillies - 1 or 2 Mustard seeds - 1/8 teaspoonCumin seeds - 1 teaspoonAsafoetida - 1 pinch. Fry for another 2 mins. Add asafoetida, red chilles and curry leaves fry for 10 sec. Close the lid and cook for 5-7 mins or till you get desired consistency
