Capsicum gravy curry for chapathi recipes

Field beans, capsicum, Potato kurma - Field beans, capsicum potato korma - Mochai, kudamilagai and urulai kurma - Side dish for Roti / Paratha / rice

So I decided to try some gravy for Chapathi / roti. Add capsicum and fry for a min. Mochai / Field beans - 1 cupBell Peppers / Capsicum - 3/4 cup (Chopped into small cubes. I have used tri color capsicum)Potato - 1 Garlic - 10Grated Coconut - 1/4 cupSambar powder - 1. 5 teaspoonTurmeric powder - 1/4 teaspoonCumin seeds powder - 1 teaspoonSalt to tasteCurry leaves - 10Coriander leaves - 1 tablespoon (finely chopped)Oil - 2 teaspoonRed chillies - 1 or 2 Mustard seeds - 1/8 teaspoonCumin seeds - 1 teaspoonAsafoetida - 1 pinch. Fry for another 2 mins. Add asafoetida, red chilles and curry leaves fry for 10 sec. Close the lid and cook for 5-7 mins or till you get desired consistency

You can also add cauliflower, paneer, baby corn, sweet corn and capsicum to the saagu. the presence of roasted chana daal and cashewnuts make the gravy rich and smooth, while the mild hint of cloves and cinnamon give that nice arome to the gravy
