  • 25 mins Vegetarian Hakka Noodles are easy to make and does not need a lot of ingredients, except for a boat load of vegetables
  • 3 Ingredients Veg Hakka Noodles
  • 180 gms Cabbage
  • 50 gms Purple Cabbage
  • 50 gms Carrot
  • 2 Mushrooms
  • 10 Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Chinese Red Chilli Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Pepper Powder
  • ¼ tsp Oil
  • 2 tbsp Water
  • 1 Litre Salt
  • 1 litre of water
  • salt
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 minute Sprinkle some water and cook for
  • 2-3 minutes Add pepper powder and salt
