RASMALAI  (INDIAN SWEET SPECIALLY POPULAR IN WEST BENGAL,EASTERN PART OF INDIA )FLAT SHAPED  PANEER OR COTTAGE CHEESE BALL SOAKED INTO CREAMY, SAFFRON FLAVORED MILK.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups sugar and
  • 3 cups water
  • 25 minutes on medium flame .Open the lid and gently stir every 5 minutes to ensure
  • 1 tsp warm milk
  • 1 tsp or a drop
  • 3/4 th portion of chopped
  • 3-4 minutes on low flame.
